ORDT: Organization for Research, Development and Training

 

ORDT is a research based, development orientations and training organization aiming towards to reach the unreached and the under reached diverse community with the objectives of disseminating knowledge through research, implement programs, plans and policies through development within various aspects related in multi and interdisciplinary sciences. ORDT is committed towards reaching the diverse social community to disseminate knowledge and development through profound training within the areas of various disciplines from Education, Management, Leadership, Social-psycho, Economics, Technologies, Engineering, Agriculture, Agricultural engineering renewal energy and so forth.

ORDT is also committed to expand its boundaries to partner with academic, social and management organizations to accomplish its vision, mission and goals.

ORDT is highly committed towards scientific research and publications of research manuscripts within all research paradigms to disseminate scientific findings through empirical, conceptual and commentary approaches. In regard to research undertaking, ORDT also creates platform for the researchers to conduct research by calling proposal and exploring the unreached and under research areas to bring forward the unexplored and under explored phenomena to disseminate knowledge to the wider community both nationally and internationally. It is also our commitment to publish the research paper in one platform through online access which supports the academic and scientific journals. Besides such publications, ORDT initiates to openly publish monographs, thesis, articles, working papers through the online platform to encourage researchers, students and novice writers, which the ORDT highly believe in knowledge management and contributions to all openly. However, the ORDT do not initiates itself to peer review process. All papers that are published under the ORDT platform are only knowledge contributions which the authors must have copyrights to publish. ORDT initiates to expand its wings in training for research through organizing workshops, seminars and conferences- assimilating the knowledge management from both national and international experts.

Research

Within the developmental aspects, the ORDT also collaborates with the partner’s organization to support both the ORDT and partner organizations vision and goals to reach the unreached and under reached diverse social community. Within such developmental programs, the ORDT highly focus upon development of related aspects that is favourable to the end beneficiary. In these developmental aspects, the ORDT also seeks help from individuals, groups and the organizations to perform the developmental activities and to implement related program, policies and plans at the ground level to the higher level tasks by equal collaboration.

Development

In regard to fulfil the developmental task, the ORDT also is highly effective in training that reaches the end beneficiary for X-efficiency by generating learning through, classical conditioning, operant conditioning, social and cognitive learning behavioural approaches. For regularity and to acquire X-efficiency, the ORDT highly commits and expands its wings to become ready for motor-reproductions for creating learning environment for retention of learnt behaviour. In all of these aspects that the ORDT is committed, we believe in equal and justifiable collaboration which will be needed and to fulfil our vision. We welcome intellectual and knowledge management and contributions support from all over the world to help build and develop the harmonised environment for social and humanitarians’ livelihood to make a small place a better living place and also to create an example to better understanding of social living in an unsocial living.
